During my course I have gained a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour, cognition, and psychological principles. Through courses such as Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Cognitive Psychology, I have gained insight into various psychological disorders, developmental stages, and cognitive processes. Additionally, my studies in Social Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Psychology have provided me with a strong foundation in understanding group dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and organizational behaviour. Research Experience- Student-Mentor

- Research & Analysis: Provided personalized guidance and mentorship to 6 first-year students, equipping them with advanced psychology research proposal techniques. Through one-on-one sessions and constructive feedback, I cultivated their critical thinking skills, refined their research methodologies. As a result, all mentees demonstrated significant improvement in their research proposals.
- Computer Literacy & Innovation: I utilised the use of AI tools into the mentoring process to facilitate independent learning. I empowered mentees to explore new avenues of knowledge acquisition and problem-solving. Through hands-on experience with these tools, students not only developed essential computer literacy skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the potential applications of technology in their academic pursuits. As a result, several mentees successfully implemented AI-driven approaches in their research projects, showcasing their adaptability and readiness to embrace emerging technologies in their field.
Students Clubs and Activities Patronage (SCAP) - Head of Internal Operations

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: As the representative for SCAP, I led negotiations with university management and the student council, employing effective communication and tact to safeguard the interests of 35 (around 600 students) affiliated clubs. This included successfully negotiating for autonomy and collaboration, leading to enhanced support services and greater opportunities for student engagement and development.
- Project Management: Initiated a club restructuring, employing analytical thinking to boost member involvement, and spearheaded SCAPA, a basic training boot camp for 35 clubs, impacting around 200 students through strategic planning and analysis. This included introducing a tailored curriculum that empowered students with essential skills, ensuring their success within their clubs and beyond.
